Position Title: Office and IT Manager

Status: Exempt, Full-Time

Hours: 40+ hours per week, plus occasional evening and weekend hours

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000

Reports to: Co-Director

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will serve primarily as the office and IT manager and must be committed to advancing the mission of Open Connections, empowering people to create the lives they want, full of purpose and fulfillment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Office Management (60%)

  • Support our community by
    • Being a warm, welcoming face of Open Connections when answering the phone, replying to emails, and engaging in-person
    • Assisting, to the best of your ability, to requests and questions from youth, parents, and staff
    • Managing the clerical aspects of various events and services (open houses, conferences, summer camp, graduation, Pausing Festival)
    • Maintaining a wide variety of files and documents (calendars, handbooks, family lists)
  • Support our staff by
    • Assisting with purchasing needs
    • Managing the clerical aspects of new hires
    • Supporting the Property Manager with scheduling and work orders
    • Serving as a thought partner to the Co-Directors
  • Support the organization by
    • Managing the clerical aspects of the admissions and registration process;
    • Assisting with financial aspects of the organization including preparing invoices, processing payments, recording credit cards charges into Quickbooks, and paying bills;
    • Assisting the Development Committee by maintaining the donor database, sending thank yous, etc.
    • Serving as steward to the Event Closet, Gathering Space, Farmhouse and Barn Kitchens

IT/Tech Manager (20%)

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT plan
    • Serve as network administrator (network, computers, email, cloud storage, password security)
    • Support internal program sites
    • Managing the Adobe Lightroom photo database
    • Program IT Support
  • Work with co-director on organizational web presence
    • Google Ads
    • Support website maintenance
    • Manage OC’s social media presence
  • Responsible for database and record management
    • Filemaker, 
    • Constant Contact, 
    • FlipCause, 
    • Keeper
    • Excel

Direct Mission Support (10%)

  • Ground self in the OC mission through one-half to one day of facilitation a week

Other Duties as Needed (10%)

Additional Details:

Salary: $50k to $60k

Time Commitment: This is a full-time exempt position.
