Overview

LMI is seeking a skilled Operational Project Integrator, Instructional Designer, and Instructor in Northern Virginia in support of the AO OAA QDS contract.

Responsibilities

This role will focus on supporting and driving mission focused technical operations. Daily requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Organize and actively engage on Technical Review Boards (TRB) and Working Groups (WG) and serve as an operational expert to various elements.
  • Prepare and deliver documents ranging from technical reviews, class enhancements, and ciriculm updates.
  • Ensure that operational plans are in compliance with technical requirements and quality control standards.
  • Foster coordination and communication between various operational elements to create the best solutions and teaching environments possible.
  • Foster creative updates to courses that this position will manage and instruct.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of SNA, at least a basic level
  • Advanced Python skills
  • Ability to instruct the introduction to and advanced SNA courses (Intro class is every other month, Advanced course is quarterly)
  • Be able to help market the class
  • Be on client systems (email and iCE access) to answer questions from students on a regular basis (explicitly said that they want someone who spends the other portion of their time on another Agency contract).
  • Proactively improve both courses
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. 
  • Strong relationship and network building skills.
  • Proficiency with Client-specific tools is desired.
  • TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
