The incumbent will be responsible for preparing legal vehicle transfer documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles, verifying and processing payoffs on vehicle trade-ins. Additionally, the incumbent will communicate status of payments to partners, lienholders, and customers.

Job Responsibilities:
1.    Handle all inquiries regarding title & payment information from customers and associates. 
2.    Work with multiple state forms and laws
3.    Manage multiple platforms at once
4.    Submit all legal transfer documents to the store.
5.    Manage & prepare checks to purchase used vehicles.
6.    Communicate status of payment to partners, lienholders, and customers. 
7.    Keep current with all applicable laws.
8.    Handle Escalations
9.    Assist with production and maintenance of team reporting and tracking documents
10.    Properly represent the company to its customers and vendors in a friendly manner.
11.    Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
12.    Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:
1.    Must meet company’s requirements for employment.
2.    Highschool or equivalent education required.  Associate degree in business administration or related area of study preferred. 
3.    Multitask skills.
4.    Organizational skills
5.    Excellent attention to detail
6.    Prior tag and title work experience preferred.
7.    Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. 
8.    Excellent communication skills, including customer service and customer care.
9.    Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word functions.
10.    Professional personal appearance.
11.    Strong customer service skills.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: 
1.    Remote position
2.    Must have a quiet environment, reliable internet connection at home and two monitors.
3.    Must live within 30 miles from an AutoNation Store. 
4.    Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry.
