As a member of the U.S. domestic sales team, you will be responsible for growing revenues and
expanding our excellent reputation in the market. We seek a technically capable sales professional
who can efficiently and effectively identify and manage the tasks necessary to achieve or exceed
regional revenue targets. This individual must have a track record of significant sales success,
excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work independently to accomplish
objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Driving revenue growth to meet or exceed sales and rental goals by identifying, qualifying, and
closing opportunities with environmental, municipal, and wastewater customers and prospects.
• Meeting with customers and prospects weekly to fully understand their needs and identify
opportunities for our solutions.
• Building and expanding relationships to increase revenue with existing customers.
• Identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new customers.
• Growing revenue through both direct sales and effective management of manufacturers'
representatives.
• Participating in promotional events, tradeshows, and industry associations in the
region.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Documenting and updating all opportunities, contacts, accounts, call notes, and follow-up tasks
thoroughly in the CRM system to ensure long-term regional success.
• Managing time, travel, expenses, and effort effectively as a responsible fiscal
steward.
Required Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence and presence when speaking in front of customers or large groups.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and support within all levels of a
customer’s organization.
• Commercial and growth-oriented mindset with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on
market opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines in a
high-performance environment.
• Candidates must reside in the region of responsibility.
Education or Formal Training:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in biology, chemistry, environmental science, process
technology, or engineering preferred.
Experience:
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in strategic selling, business development, or field
applications in a B2B sales environment.
• Broad technical/application experience in equivalent environmental, wastewater, and/or drinking
water industries.
• Preferred: 2+ years of technical sales experience, especially in environmental or water-related
industries.
Supervisory Duties:
• None.
Working Environment/Physical Activities:
• 50%+ travel.
• Lifting, bending, reaching, squatting, walking, sitting.
• Ability to traverse natural environments.
• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
Total Rewards:
Compensation: Compensation will be commensurate with the applicant's education, experience,
knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data and internal benchmarks.
• Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 annually.
• Variable Compensation: Targeted at 30%+ of salary for achieving 100% of target completion, with
accelerated, uncapped variable compensation for exceeding sales targets.
