
Sales Support Administrator

We are searching for a Sales Support Administrator to assist our Inside Sales Representatives with
sales and rental coordination and support for In-Situ and its Partners. This individual will
provide superior customer service by interfacing with the ISRs and customers to resolve issues,
including those involving customers, credit and delivery. The Sales Support Administrator will
respond quickly and knowledgeably to customer inquiries and apply selling and negotiating skills to
assist the Inside Sales Representatives with customer needs and closing sales.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding and timely service to our customers
- Clarify order requirements for Equipment purchases and Rentals
- Review orders for completeness and discuss any potential gaps in an order with the appropriate Inside Sales Representative
- Serve as a liaison between sales and rental operations
- Work closely with rental business and operations units
- Accurate and timely entry of orders
- Follow up with customers via phone and email in a timely manner to gauge customer satisfaction
- Coordinate order logistic needs with other internal departments such as finance, planning and operations.
- Become a subject-matter expert on rental management software
- Communicate basic order logistics with customers
- Assist in managing the sales inbox
- Manage ecommerce orders
- Update all order and customer information in the CRM system based on work completed
- Manage database accuracy in our CRM system
- Continuously improve internal processes to streamline services and eliminate waste.
- Participate in required meetings, training programs, and continuous improvement efforts
- Interact with other departments to supply sales and rental related information as needed
- Other duties as required

Desired Skills
- Two or more years of experience in order entry or similar preferred
- Experience with environmental monitoring
- Demonstrated ability to thrive within a small but growing organization
- Proficiency and accuracy with PC based application software including Microsoft suite of products, CRM systems and ERP systems
- Excellent team skills and ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships and communications
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to complete workload with frequent interruptions
Working Environment and Physical Conditions
- Computer system data terminal
- On-site, normal office environment and minimum physical activity
Total Rewards:
Compensation: Compensation will be commensurate with the applicant's education, experience,
knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data and internal benchmarks.
- Salary Range: $56,500-$62,000
- Additional Compensation: Participation in a Company-sponsored variable
compensation plan.
