JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Construction to lead our construction division in the Moutain Region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to excellence. As the Senior Director, Construction, you will oversee all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Leadership:Provide strategic direction and leadership to the construction team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they meet all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Budget Management:Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Innovation:Drive the adoption of new technologies and construction methods to improve efficiency and sustainability.
  • Risk Management:Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience working on ground up construction projects with 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects.
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple teams across multiple projects and leading inter-company collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to be highly organized in day-to-day and long-term planning and execution, and to track and maintain complex schedules effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively delegate and negotiate.

The salary range for this position is between $220,000.00 - $250,000.00.

Additional Compensation:

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
