The Role
This is a role for an experienced, tech-savvy, hard-working learning experience designer who enjoys working on complex multifaceted learning solutions. Working together with one peer partner and collaborating with the team spearheading this initiative, they will convert classroom based presentations into a variety of digital assets that are then organized and accessed on the Degreed platform. The role is design and execution heavy with anticipated 90% of time spent on design and execution of the design and 10% of time spent consulting with the internal client and meeting with the project manager and head of talent and learning. The Expertise and Skills You Bring
This role will report into the Head of Talent & Learning for our Enterprise Services group. The role will support a team charged with transforming and digitizing a traditional on-boarding/new hire training for internal consultants. Recipients of the work may be recent MBA graduates or people joining for external consulting companies as well as internal transfers.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 5+ years crafting learning experiences in a corporate setting
- Direct experience using Adobe Creative Suite programs for visual and multimedia design
- Other authoring tools are a plus: Domiknow, Synthesia, as are video editing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field preferred
- Experience in financial services or consulting firms preferred
