Job Description:

This Finance Senior Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the Client Services organization in the Fidelity Brokerage business. The primary objective of the role will be to support our Scale & Efficiency and cross-enterprise work. As a member of the Brokerage Finance team, you will be responsible for providing senior management with insightful, action-oriented financial analysis to guide effective decision-making that impacts Fidelity’s clients and associates.

The Expertise You Have

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Finance

  • Driving projects such as business case development and implementation of new financial views and analytics

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to 'tell the story”

  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building consultative relationships across Finance and the business

  • Solid knowledge and expertise in financial, presentation, and data visualization tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Thinkcell)

  • Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and the ability to contribute to the team are musts

  • Outstanding critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

  • Project management experience establishing timelines and leading all aspects of the project lifecycle

  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building consultative relationships across Finance and the business

  • Ability to gain subject matter expertise in a short time period and apply institutional knowledge to develop quality analytics

  • Proven ability, flexibility, and resourcefulness to manage several priorities in a deadline driven environment, having comfort with ambiguity

  • Ability to take initiative and seek creative solutions that challenge conventional approach

  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, drive work and lead others in a highly matrixed environment, displaying the judgment to know when to involve other COEs
