The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged members across the customer lifecycle.
How will you make an impact in this role?
The Senior Manager, Hilton Cobrand Acquisition Marketing, will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and curriculums to drive new accounts acquired. This candidate will have an opportunity to define what’s next and develop a robust marketing strategy, including targeting, messaging, channel plan across a variety of Hilton cobrand card acquisition channels including Face-to-Face & Paid Channels. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual and a customer-centric marketer who is comfortable working with external partners while fostering internal relationships.This role is uniquely positioned to leverage a variety of skills including digital analytics, data insights and partner collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategy for Hilton Consumer cobrand prospect acquisition face-to-face and paid channels in close partnership with Hilton
- Develop a holistic Paid Channel strategy across severalsub-channels (Display, Social, Search & Affiliate)and identify measures of success
- Identify enterprise channel benchmarks and best practices and serve as the point-person across AmexPaid Channel teams to bring the Hilton Acquisition Marketing strategy and vision to life.
- Lead acquisition offer strategy, including test & learn plan, as well as in-campaign performance and post-campaign analysis
- Oversee campaign management activities including execution, forecasting & budget management; optimize campaigns through segmentation, creative and offer testing
- Continuously understand marketing results and key drivers, using insights to inform strategy; share results and key insights with stakeholders and leadership
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with key cross-functional partners such as: Hilton, Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Capabilities and Marketing Channel Partners
- Manage, coach and mentor 2-3 Marketing & Execution Analysts/Sr. Analysts
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-10 years of professional marketing experience; acquisition marketing and/or external partnership marketing experience a plus
- Strong relationship building and partner management experience. You are a person who goes out and proactively collaborates, seeks input and understands others’ goals
- Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced and ever-changing environment with the ability to deliver innovative ideas
- Ability to think strategically and creatively in white space but also can develop and execute solutions that drive meaningful, measurable results
- Analytical thinker with solution-based mindset and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making
- Clear and articulate communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate successfully with both internal and external partners
- A “can do” positive attitude and willingness to pivot in the face of change quickly
- Passionate people leader with a proven interest in coaching and developing others; previous people leadership experience preferred
- Prior experience with Paid channels preferred
- BA/BS Required, MBA preferred
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
