Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing Operations

We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing Operations to join our team. This position is responsible for enhancing internal workflow, digital capabilities, and team practices through automation, integration, and optimization. This role is instrumental in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the digital marketing technology stack and operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains expertise in all user tools and processes utilized in digital marketing operations.
  • Facilitates daily workflow, administers tools, and provides troubleshooting support.
  • Builds presentations on behalf of the Digital Marketing team for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Drives lead routing activities with technology partners, ensuring data quality and system output integrity.
  • Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the marketing technology (MarTech) landscape and operational initiatives across the enterprise.
  • Establishes a reporting cadence for deliverables, monitors status, provides executive-friendly updates, and presents findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with digital marketing User Experience (UX) department to align on digital tools, workflows, reporting, presentations, and future-state planning.
  • Collaborates with digital marketing leadership to document and refine operational processes and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinates with external vendors/agencies to ensure alignment with marketing goals and platform optimization.
  • Creates compelling data stories using analytics and stakeholder input.
  • Acts as the primary liaison and workflow coordinator between stakeholders and the digital marketing operations team.
  • Identifies and implements operational efficiencies, standardizing approaches, and optimizations within digital marketing.
  • Anticipates customer needs, evaluates requirements, and devises innovative solutions.
  • Documents cross-functional processes, stakeholder interactions, and workflows.
  • Educates and trains relevant groups on process establishment and ongoing improvements.
  • Assists in the development of campaign pilot programs and feedback mechanisms for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.
  • Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the department supervisor.
  • Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, a related discipline, or four years of related work experience is required.
  • Five to seven years of Operations experience in Marketing or a related field is required.
  • Extensive experience building decks with PowerPoint.
  • Extensive experience with data storytelling.
  • Direct experience in marketing, with operational highlights and B2B industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinker, process oriented, and highly organized with a growth mindset and is energized by scaling business impact.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to communicate and influence others. 
  • Demonstrated success in a changing and high paced environment. 
  • Proven ability to work within Salesforce with knowledge of marketing automation and cadence communication tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing/sales funnels, customer journey mapping, key performance indicators (KPIs), and concepts. 
  • Ability to lead/manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Possesses a hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency. Strong business processes acumen, especially in documentation/mapping/management, plus change management, and enablement.
  • Strong familiarity with marketing tools and infrastructure to facilitate planning and budgeting, demand gen processes and lead flow, operations, and workflow.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, in matrixed organization, with skill, attention to detail, tenacity, and a focus on results: macro/high-level and micro/detail-level.
  • Track record of engaging senior leadership and being a catalyst for change, while demonstrating prioritization.
  • Positive, proactive, self-starter with a transformational mindset, solid project management skills, and a knack for storytelling and a solutions orientation.
