Responsibilities:

  • Installing, inspecting, and maintaining propane tanks, lines, and equipment
  • Conducting leak tests, pressure checks, and system performance evaluations
  • Performing repairs and troubleshooting on propane systems and appliances
  • Educating customers on safe propane usage and providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities and upsell products or services
  • Maintaining accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory
  • Complying with safety regulations and industry standards at all times
  • Keeping up-to-date with propane industry trends, technologies, and best practices
  • This role includes on-call responsibilities, as the needs of the company require that you work past your regular departure time or otherwise outside of your regular work hours

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 1-3 years of job-related experience (preferred).
  • Positive attitude, safe mindset, and great communications/customer skills.
  • CDL-Class B (Hazmat/Tanker) endorsements (must attain within 90 days of hire).
  • HVAC, Electrical, CTEP training (preferred, not required).
  • Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.
