The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Sr. Analyst, Paid Media, candidates will have the opportunity to strengthen their digital marketing skills, gain external partner management experience, and work with highly collaborative teams across the Resy org, including B2C and B2B marketing teams. You’ll play a key role in driving growth and innovation of Resy’s Paid Media program, supporting the creation & optimization of media strategies and identification of new & emerging opportunities. This role will report to the Manager, Paid Media & Sponsorships.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide project management support for end to end media planning process, including strategy development and tactical execution.
- Own compilation and maintenance of ad hoc and recurring performance reporting deliverables.
- Partner with external media agency to implement plan recommendations and optimizations and ensure deliverables are optimally executed.
- Own Paid budget and reconciliation; process invoices and drive ongoing efficiencies in billing process
- Manage creative asset tracker for media partners and recommend creative optimizations based on in-market performance
- Manage audience creation process and approvals, recommending audience pool refinements in partnership with leadership.
- Evaluate new media opportunities regularly, maintaining a backlog of potential activations, and recommending tests as business needs evolve.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and 2-3 years industry relevant digital marketing or digital agency experience
- Strong understanding of Paid Media tactics and performance metrics; familiar with implementing campaigns across ATL and BTL channels (i.e., Social, Display, Search, Connected TV, Online Video, Digital Out of Home, etc.)
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to assess campaign performance; experience with using Adobe Analytics, Google analytics for reporting and insights
- Foundational knowledge of testing experimentation to optimize audience and creative performance
- Experience with managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective ad spend
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with internal & external partners to implement media campaigns and convey insights and performance metrics to partners
- Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Team player with willingness to support projects beyond immediate scope
- Willing to take risks and share fresh perspectives
- Passion for restaurants and the hospitality industry
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
