Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of this position include regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time and performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); and occasionally standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 lbs.



Shift

Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.



Job Summary

The Administrative Support Associate within Enterprise Strategy and Organizational Performance (“Department”) directs, coordinates and performs all administrative functions for the office to maintain day-to-day operations. The position requires strong project management skills to prioritize requests, schedule complex Executive level meetings, track timelines, bring forward potential risks and manage deliverables. The position duties also include but are not limited to: tracking and ordering supplies; coordinating contracts, invoices and payments with EVPHA Office; over site and coordination of facilities and equipment maintenance; processing travel arrangements and submitting reimbursements; reporting and tracking of employee time; maintaining personnel file; and on-boarding new employees. Acting as department liaison between all areas of the enterprise as well as key outside stakeholders, this position will demonstrate excellent customer service and collaboration. The Administrative Support Associate will be a meaningful member of all management team meetings as well as adding suggestions for policy and work flow change.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent time management capabilities with strong attention to detail. Outcome-oriented, with ability to balance competing priorities. Strong administrative and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. The ideal candidate will have extensive complex meeting scheduling skills, excellent understanding of Outlook invite capabilities, Kronos and Concur experience.
