Shift

The Media Depot is open M-F 8am-5pm.



Job Summary

Providing in-person, online and phone support for media and technology services supported by Distance Learning, including:
  • Audio/Video topics
  • Media Support
  • Other course technologies
  • Production support for audio and video studio recordings
  • Other special projects including:
    • captioning support
    • Studio recording and support
    • Photography



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

• MS Office
• Google Drive/Docs
• NLE Software such as FCP X or Adobe Premier
• Audio editing software
• Video and photo camera experience
• Customer service experience
• Computer and Internet proficiency
• Mac and Windows experience
