Job Summary
Providing in-person, online and phone support for media and technology services supported by Distance Learning, including:
- Audio/Video topics
- Media Support
- Other course technologies
- Production support for audio and video studio recordings
- Other special projects including:
- captioning support
- Studio recording and support
- Photography
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
• MS Office
• Google Drive/Docs
• NLE Software such as FCP X or Adobe Premier
• Audio editing software
• Video and photo camera experience
• Customer service experience
• Computer and Internet proficiency
• Mac and Windows experience
