Job Summary

Part time employees work up to 30 hours per week depending on business demands. They are required to grow the brands in which they are responsible for by establishing a loyal clientele and increasing sales and profit margin. He/She must maintain a certain level of standards in the dpt while executing all merchandising directives and managing markdowns. A generated sales per hour goal must be met each month. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Selling specialist must have a passion for fashion and trends. They must have a willingness to want to make clients look and feel better about themselves through beauty and fashion. Basic math and computer skills are involved. Associates’ appearance must be polished and must dress fashionably.
