The FIU Foundation Gift Services department is currently seeking to fill a Temporary Administrative Support position. This position will provide clerical and administrative support to the team and assist with the day to day operations for the area. 
 

 Job Duties include:

  • Responsible for scanning documents into OneDrive, such as Gift agreements, pledges, events, etc.
  • Responsible for sending receipts, pledge reminders, and processing return mail. 
  • Assist the Gift Services staff with ongoing projects. 
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies and assists with supply orders as needed. 
  • Communicates with units for deposit transmittal's and assists with creating deposit transmittal's for checks with no Development Officers (DO) assigned to the Foundation following the donor’s intent. 
  • Responsible for creating GIK (Gift in Kind), stocks, AT (Athletics) and regular receipts daily. 
  • Responsible for the biographical update queue through ImageNow. 
  • Assists the Development Officers from other units on maintaining up to date information in the system. 
  • Works on special projects to support the FIU Foundation Unit.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.

  • High School Completed
