The FIU Foundation Gift Services department is currently seeking to fill a Temporary Administrative Support position. This position will provide clerical and administrative support to the team and assist with the day to day operations for the area.
Job Duties include:
- Responsible for scanning documents into OneDrive, such as Gift agreements, pledges, events, etc.
- Responsible for sending receipts, pledge reminders, and processing return mail.
- Assist the Gift Services staff with ongoing projects.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies and assists with supply orders as needed.
- Communicates with units for deposit transmittal's and assists with creating deposit transmittal's for checks with no Development Officers (DO) assigned to the Foundation following the donor’s intent.
- Responsible for creating GIK (Gift in Kind), stocks, AT (Athletics) and regular receipts daily.
- Responsible for the biographical update queue through ImageNow.
- Assists the Development Officers from other units on maintaining up to date information in the system.
- Works on special projects to support the FIU Foundation Unit.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
