Transportation Services Support Administrator

Description
Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Transportation Services Support Administrator to work in our Transportation Services department. Our team works a 4x10 schedule located out of our Central Facilities 45 minutes west of Idaho Falls with every Friday off.
You will help complete administrative tasks and assignments for the Transportation Services department. You will report directly to the department manager.
Responsibilities Include:
- Process and track bus passes, and driver uniform orders, and support other purchasing responsibilities (P Card).
- Track deliverables, file records, create and edit documents, coordinate task completion, data entry into computer systems, and confirming data, etc.
- Use software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
- Help design processes to enhance workflow.
- Maintain filing systems of relevant hard copy records, protecting personal and private information.
- Work with organization’s internal and external customers providing quality customer service to meet organizational needs and objectives.
- Communicate information to appropriate internal and external stakeholders to help complete organizational and management deliverables.
- Ensure needed materials for management and organization are created and distributed to related stakeholders.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma, or equivalent, and 2 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience includes the purchasing of government property, processing payroll deductions, and report generation, editing, and presenting.
Job Information:
- The pay range for this position is $19.41/hr- $31.05/hr. At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.
