POSITION SUMMARY

The primary focus of this strategic position is to immediately and significantly accelerate substantial growth in revenue for Envision Dallas and Interface through existing business relationships, while creating and developing new large contracts, establishing new contract vehicles, and fostering new business relationships with Industry and Customers. This position will also introduce new business opportunities and ensure new business capture for Envision Wichita and Envision Xpress within the federal government or other commercial sectors. Responsibilities include identification, prioritization, and project management, while ensuring successful execution of new government or commercial business opportunities that align with our Mission, Strategic Plan, and Core Values.

This position can be performed from any location via telecommuting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE

  • Significantly accelerate growth in revenue and/or employment opportunities that align with our Mission.
  • Leverage relationships and expertise in government and/or commercial business to develop new revenue generating, strategic, long-lasting partnerships/relationships with Commercial Businesses, US Federal, State, Local, Government Agencies – by establishing Envision as an authorized and preferred ‘Supplier or subcontractor of Choice’ for commercial and government customers.
  • Create, establish, and help sustain several new/authorized products on new or existing Contract Vehicles that allow customers to more readily utilize Envision for their unique supply or service-related needs, and/or fulfill their ongoing resource requirements.
  • Initiate new opportunities and establish strong relationships with the key decision makers resulting in substantial revenue growth and/or mission related employment growth for Envision.
  • Accountable for tracking, reporting, and meeting discrete annual goals and objectives for funnel and pipeline, bookings, backlog, and revenue.
  • Ability to quickly identify, negotiate, and establish commercial subcontract opportunities and help Envision adapt to evolving customer requirements.
  • Work closely and in conjunction with other Envision divisions to ensure alignment while generating and converting new business.
  • Support existing Customers, Vendors, Supply-Chains, Base Stores and/or Contracts through in-person high-level advocacy, strategy development, meetings, and/or negotiations.
  • Build and manage a Sales Team as opportunities and revenues grow.
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

Requirements / Minimum Qualifications

Education: BS in Management or other related field preferred

Experience: Minimum ten years successful new business capture within in the federal government or commercial sector. Significant experience with government contracting highly preferred.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the Commercial marketplace, Federal, or State Government life cycle of acquisition and capture processes
  • Minimum ten years of successful new business capture within the Commercial, Federal, or State Government marketplace
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective strategic working relationships.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a network of commercial, government, and industry contacts.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Goal-oriented, highly confident, self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Adaptable to all new challenges
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
