The Enterprise Learning Experience team is looking for a collaborative, team-focused, Videographer with phenomenal interpersonal skills.

The Role
As a member of the Enterprise Learning Experience team (ELX), you will be at the center of Fidelity's initiatives to deliver modern learning experiences across the enterprise using video.
Your insight and ability to design and develop high-quality video solutions will be crucial to building impactful learning experiences at Fidelity.
You will be involved at all stages of the production process, as we develop and refine new video learning solutions and processes while contributing to complex learning projects.

The Team
We are seeking inquisitive, forward-thinking team members, passionate about video development and excited to collaborate on innovative new approaches to learning at Fidelity.
As a Digital Media Designer, you will assist our learning teams across the video production life cycle in producing video solutions.

The Expertise You Have

• At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in video production, video editing, and/or video animation
• Ability to design experiential experiences that go beyond the click-throughs and Captivate sessions
• Eagerness to innovate and think differently
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner
• Comfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction.

• Experience building rich, video experiences using Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects
• In-depth knowledge and skills in video development, editing and animation
• Ability to design and build graphics and visual assets using modern graphic design, video and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.
• Ability to lead, design and develop large-scale video projects with tight time constraints.
