Visual Designer
Fidelity Digital Assets® is seeking a Visual Designer to join our Marketing & GTM team. This individual will play a key role in the brand’s overall marketing, specifically digital marketing, research content, client collateral, and sales enablement. The Role
The Visual Designer will be an integrated member of the Fidelity Digital Assets Marketing & GTM team, working closely with our other Designer and other team members. You will be responsible for enhancing the design system that is used for brand marketing, sales, and research assets. These design efforts will help the brand communicate complex ideas or thought leadership content using rich layout and design.

These design efforts will help the brand communicate complex ideas or thought leadership content using rich layout and design.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- A passion for information architecture and helping bring best-in class design principles to digital and physical marketing assets, content, and other client facing collateral like interactive forms
- Ability to think through and implement design concepts by creating layout of art and copy
- Strong communication and visual story telling skills with the ability to bring an audience of non-designers through your thought process
- Attention to detail and a flexible skillset that enables you to tackle projects as small as one-off marketing graphics and as large as creating new brand identity guidelines
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign a must; knowledge of HTML and CSS is a bonus to assist our digital marketing and engineering team
- Experienced with and passionate about typography and layout, yet willing to “stretch” into complimentary areas like visual effects, UX Design, or mild video editing
- Four-year degree (Fine or Graphic Arts degree a plus) with 6+ years’ experience working as a designer in a professional capacity, ideally with or for a financial services firm

- Contribute as a dynamic teammate who adopts a production environment, staying flexible to move from solving broad design issues to enhancing the look of a presentation
