PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES <li>Depending on assignment, supervises the work of operators, maintenance and laboratory personnel.</li><li>Participates in personnel administration include assistance in review of plant staff performance and preparation of annual evaluations of direct subordinates.
