May resolve complicated issues involving customer service and/or researches governing policies, procedures or laws to respond to clients or visitors. Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations</li><li>Arrive at destinations on schedule</li><li>Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups</li><li>Interact with clients professionally at all times</li><li>Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use</li><li>Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed</li><li>Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date</li><li>Able to lift 25+ pounds</li><li>In charge of Emergency Preparedness exercises.</li></ul> <dt><h4>Minimum Qualifications</h4></dt>High school diploma/GED and completion of 90 quarter hours (60 semester hours) at an accredited college or university; or One (1) year of experience in a customer service setting communicating information; or One (1) year of experience required at the lower level Customer Svc Rep 1 (GST120) or position equivalent. Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>Must have a clean driving record</li><li>Experience in transportation driving</li><li>Communicate effectively with our client and staff, both in writing and verbally.</li><li>Demonstrate in your daily work environment the knowledge of HIPPA</li><li>Ability to work dependently and collaborate with others</li></ul> <dt><h4>Additional Information</h4></dt>Georgia Department of Public Health Commissioner and leaders encourage all employees to engage in regular wellness activities and to make lifestyle choices that promote health and well-being.
