Serves as a bridge from hospitalization, offering daily structure and support, where clients actively participate in their treatment plans. $8,000 sign on bonus!&nbsp;Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS):&nbsp;Support adults with chronic mental health challenges referred to by the Department of Mental Health. Clinicians develop assessments, risk/safety plans, and treatment plans while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive recovery-based services.&nbsp;$8,000 sign on bonus! &nbsp;&nbsp;In Home Therapy (IHT):&nbsp;If you thrive on the move, this role is for you!
