SUMMARYThe Kidney Care Options Educator &amp; Care Coordination role supports the growth of home dialysis and patient admissions by providing education for optimal management of advanced CKD and modality options to patients and families, physicians, community members, USRC Staff and Hospital partners. This role acts as a patient liaison to coordinate care in preparation for initiation of dialysis or navigation between dialysis modalities. This position provides support and care coordination in the CKD period through education on Kidney Care Options, access placement, and financial concerns and introduces the patient to USRC facilities and modality of choice. The Kidney Care Options Educator &amp; Care Coordinator bridges care/communication between physician practice and USRC to ensure continuity of care in timely manner.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. They are the chain that links our teams together and are critical to our success.&nbsp;SENIOR INVENTORY COORDINATOR&nbsp;Based onsite at Rocket Lab’s PSC office in Silver Spring, MD, the Senior Inventory Coordinator is tasked with all aspects of inventory management from receiving, putting into inventory, counting, and kitting, inwards and outwards goods. There are thousands of components that are used on Electron and millions of dollars of inventory that need to be received, stored, and kitted for production. Maintaining inventory accuracy through adherence to process, and customer satisfaction of just-in-time fulfillment makes the inventory coordinator a critical role in the "last mile" of our supply chain.WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO<ul><li>Fulfilling inventory pick requests, and compiling full car part kits for production</li><li>Receiving inventory into MRP, and conducting paper and visual inspections</li><li>Manage inventory levels within MRP, and transactions for inventory moves.</li><li>Managing advanced kitting system (Kanban, line-side replenishment, etc.)</li><li>Maintaining accurate inventory counts and storage locations within ERP/MRP</li><li>Proactively report minimum stock levels</li><li>Perform daily cycle count processing.</li><li>Review, pick, organize, and put away standard hardware, purchased materials, parts, and assemblies.</li><li>Kit work orders safely and timely in accordance to company standards.</li><li>Maintain the inventory of kitting supplies and materials.</li><li>Liaise with material planner department, to ensure production components are pulled and issued on time.</li><li>Maintain strict material handling practices in accordance with good practice/ procedures.</li><li>Ensuring that the database correctly captures movements of all components, including inwards goods and storeroom functions.</li><li>Ensuring all parts are receipted into and issued out of the MRP system in a timely manner to ensure stock levels and movements are recorded.</li><li>Unboxing and processing incoming goods and distributing across the organization including receipting parts into the appropriate software.</li><li>Ensuring serial and lot numbers are recorded in the system if required.</li><li>Passing goods on to quality control if required</li><li>Store is set up to meet needs of the business and parts movements in and out of the storeroom are recorded accurately.</li><li>Standard Warehouse Management principles are adhered to and inventory levels are accurate.</li><li>Cycle counts are completed in line with company requirements.</li><li>Responsible for keeping work area clean and tidy while maintaining tool accountability.</li><li>Abide by all applicable health and safety legislation and Rocket Lab policies and procedures.</li><li>Work effectively with all staff towards the goals of the company.</li><li>Additional duties as reasonably required.</li></ul>YOU’LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>High school diploma and 5+ years of experience.</li><li>Proficient using Microsoft Products. Senior Inventory Coordinator

Title: Computer Technician Coordinator (Internal Candidates Only)
POSITION SUMMARY Supports the Technology Services Department by supervising a team of computer technicians and performing and coordinating complex computer maintenance through effective troubleshooting and repair of computers, peripherals, data communications or computer network systems in classrooms and instructional spaces for the College’s six extended campuses.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Under general direction, independently assign and review work of computer technicians who perform complex troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, installation and testing activities, such as designing and fabricating specialized interfaces and communication links. In consultation with department leaders, plan and oversee complex installation projects. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs. Research and advise department leaders on the acquisition of new computing equipment.
Serve as a back-up computer technician as needed. Assist the department’s service desk with troubleshooting issues in the field. Supervises computer technicians on the College’s extended campuses, including providing training and guidance and setting appropriate goals and expectations for optimal job performance. Ensure all projects are properly recorded and documented in the service desk system. Maintain an inventory of critical parts and supplies for computer preventative and remedial maintenance.
Assist with the obtaining quotes for and the ordering of hardware and software products. Conduct and maintain an asset management system of computer equipment, software and associated peripherals for assigned areas. Lead problem-solving efforts with internal offices/colleagues and external vendors regarding equipment, technology and processes as needed. Provide responsive and transparent support to campus partners, ensuring the department delivers excellent customer. Stay current with audio visual equipment and technologies utilized by the campus community.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Associate’s degree
Four (4) years’ experience in repair, maintenance, troubleshooting and installation of computer hardware and software
A current Nashville State Community College employee
