You would be a key member of our medical team at the Aspire Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Unit in Quincy.</p><p>Aspire Health Alliance was selected by the State as one of 25 Community Behavioral Health Centers to implement an innovative new service delivery model. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)-Behavioral Health

<p>Great opportunity exists to work with the Plymouth Outreach team!</p><p>Based out of offices in Braintree and Plymouth, the Community Outreach Counseling (Outreach) team provides therapy in homes, schools, and temporary housing to MassHealth-insured clients who are not able to consistently reach outpatient offices, or for whom in-home treatment is clinically indicated. Offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy, our master’s level Outreach clinicians work with children, teens, adults, and seniors experiencing chronic depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, grief, and other mental health issues. Outreach services include comprehensive assessment, development of goal-oriented treatment plans, and individualized counseling designed to facilitate the recovery, health, and overall well-being of clients and their families.
