Job Summary
This hybrid position serves employer partners and the community through customized training, continuing education, and testing services. The Project Manager/Technical Instructor is a liaison between the college and area businesses and industries, responding to their training and employee development needs while developing relationships with stakeholders to address local economic needs through collaboration with program administration and instruction.




Job Duties:

<li>Meet with employers to determine their employee training needs, analyze skill gaps, and design customized workforce solutions to meet their needs. This may include testing, training, job profiling, career services, and enrollment in regularly scheduled college courses.</li>
<li>Prepare employer program proposals and secure contracts to deliver credit and non-credit training. </li>
<li>Pursue funding for training programs including but not limited to writing and securing <a href="https://workforce.kctcs.edu/trains.aspx" target="_blank">KCTCS TRAINS</a> Funding

<li>Plan, coordinate, and manage training offerings including the ability to secure and manage qualified and available instructors/adjuncts for Workforce Solutions classes. </li>

<li>Build partnerships internally within the college that allow maximization of resources in serving our community; Including serving on various Gateway committees and teams actively supporting internal initiatives. </li>

Job Duties:

<li>This faculty position for aviation provides the leadership necessary to work cooperatively with KCTCS and MCTC school faculties, administrative teams, and appropriate units within the college to implement all aspects of the aviation program in relation to instruction, record keeping, tools, equipment, and supply needs. Job Summary: This position will lead, oversee, and manage the operations for HealthForce Kentucky to include the simulation center. HealthForce Kentucky is an innovative, public private partnership with the goal to increase the healthcare workforce through increased outreach from secondary to post-secondary and increase the postsecondary educational/training capacity. This is a grant funded role (fully funded, 1/2025 – 12/2026). Continuation of grant funding is contingent upon future funding.




Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>• Lead and administer all operational activities of HealthForce Kentucky and the simulation center. • Develop and implement a strategic plan and vision for HealthForce Kentucky. • Hire and supervise all employees of HealthForce Kentucky. • Develop and manage the budget for HealthForce Kentucky. • Serve as a liaison with the HealthForce Kentucky Board of Directors. • Work with educational and community partners on resource development and outreach. • Travel is required

Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>• Master’s degree required in nursing, public health, and/or related healthcare degree. • Eight (8) years of relevant work experience in the field is required. • Five (5) years of Director or above work experience is required. • Four (4) years of leadership experience across organization or divisions is required. • Current and unrestricted direct patient healthcare license(s) such as nursing is required. • Certification(s) in Healthcare Simulation required. &nbsp;</li>

Job Summary
<ul>
<li>The Nursing Division of Jefferson Community and Technical College has an opening for a Medicaid Nurse Aide Instructor on the Southwest Campus. This position will be responsible for classroom didactic and clinical instruction. 
</li>

Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Duties include but are not limited to: • Teach a full load of MNA classes as assigned per semester. • Assist with conducting MNA testing at all testing sites for the dedicated region. • Assist Coordinator with developing, planning, and preparing schedule for MNA and KMA classes. • Monitors and enforces compliance with all federal and state regulations and guidelines pertaining to the MNA and KMA programs in classes taught. • Works with Coordinator to keep accurate, complete, up-to-date and on-site training and testing records for the MNA and KMA program for five (5) years. • Serves as a liaison in conjunction with Coordinator to internal and external agencies to promote the program. • Other duties as assigned to meet the Federal and State requirements for the program. •This position requires the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment, which consists of frequent contact with a diverse constituency of students, faculty, staff, and the public.

Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Registered Nurse (Associate level or higher) who has a current license in Kentucky or a current license in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state and has a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an RN, with at least one (1) year of full-time experience in the provision of long-term care services. Experience in, and understanding of the importance of, working with students from diverse backgrounds required.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<li>Recent experience teaching an MNA course. Completion of MOI(Methods of Instruction) Training.
