Job Summary
Nursing Instructor to teach in our Associate Degree Nursing Program on the Middlesboro Campus. This is a Full time 10 month position.&nbsp;&nbsp;Start date-January 2026.




Job Duties:
Responsible for teaching in our Associate Degree Nursing Program with primary responsibility in the simulation laboratory/clinical and classroom areas with day, night, and/or weekend instruction required. Travel is required frequently to clinical, other campus locations and required meetings. Competence in computer and high-fidelity simulation skills is a priority. Computer competence in all electronic communications as well as distance learning is desired . In addition to teaching, faculty members are responsible for professional development, service to the College and participation in institutional assessment. Job Summary
Provide strategic consultation on employee relations and employee engagement/development matters for the Kentucky Community &amp; Technical College System. Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance.
 KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time Review of applicants after January 5th, 2026. 




Job Duties:
Serves as primary point of contact and provides accurate, responsive and efficient HR consultation on employee matters, to include: policy and procedure development/implementation/interpretation, conflict resolution, performance management, development and training, and etc. Work collaboratively with HR colleagues and the Office of General Counsel to conduct thorough and objective investigations into possible policy violations or employee complaints regarding allegations of discrimination, harassment, and misconduct. Coordinate efforts to gather pertinent information, prepare an investigative report with findings, and communicate outcomes to relevant parties. Advise and support supervisors and managers on employee performance and behavior management, documentation of incidents, and disciplinary action. Serve as a liaison between employees and supervisors to resolve concerns. Assist in the development and delivery of ongoing development and training offerings to enhance supervisor and employee performance, retention and morale. Analyze information and data obtained from exit interviews, performance evaluations, and other HR avenues to identify trends, provide statistics and propose strategies and plans to address workforce concerns to leadership. Utilize feedback and identified themes to assist with employee well-being initiatives. Facilitate a positive work environment by fostering collaborative problem-solving utilizing proven experience and techniques.
