Job Title: Sr. Solar Engineer Job Duties: Sprague Resources GP, LLC in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Sr. Solar Engineer to lead the design and development of new Solar Tanks installed at Sprague facilities. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering principles and concepts, as well as experience with PV solar engineering design to perform the following duties: Coordinate and manage solar tank design projects. Independently review and guide the work of junior Solar Engineers. Be a senior team member working to develop solar tank designs to offset energy use at Sprague as well as the development of solar tank projects within the terminal storage industry. Develop single &amp; triple line diagrams, cable sizing requirements, solar panel layouts on structures and open ground areas. Prepare complex engineering calculations, BOQs, and procuring electrical equipment. Independently conduct site visits to analyze existing energy systems and interconnection points to provide feedback and suggestions.
