What You'll Do Reporting to the Associate Director of Gift and Endowment Compliance, and working closely with other Institutional Advancement units, you'll be responsible for ensuring that funds are utilized effectively to increase donor trust through drafting, oversight, maintenance, and compliance of endowments and gift agreements. Overseeing donor agreements, you'll ensure that the terms and conditions align with the University's mission and donor requests. You'll amend drafts, review, and edit for accuracy to ensure these documents comply with University, UT System, IRS, and Council for Aid and Support of Education (CASE) regulations. You will also ensure that IA has the proper documentation required for all gift and endowment funds. You'll be tasked with creating and maintaining endowment, gift fund, donor, and naming records in Raiser's Edge (CRM) and FundMiner (Gift Management Tool). You will analyze donor, endowment and gift data utilizing Microsoft Excel. You will also become familiar with Peoplesoft, the university accounting system.
