<li>Planning/Coordination: Develop a master schedule of classes each academic year in consultation with the Academic Deans, each school system and site campus to allow for travel times back to the high school. Collaborate with the Mechatronics Program Director to ensure general education courses are scheduled to meet programmatic needs.</li>
<li>Financial Aid: Certify students each semester to receive the Middle College Scholarship, Dual Enrollment Grant or Mechatronics Grant as per state regulations. Collaborate with the RSCC Foundation with potential and current donors to the Middle College Scholarship fund.</li>
<li>Administration: prepare reports (attendance/grades) for high schools and college administration, implement new initiatives, develop website content, budget preparation and management, supervision of technical clerk, special event planning (Cording/Commencement) and seek feedback and promote involvement from the Middle College Advisory Board.</li>
