The Walmart Key Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that Hain achieves its targeted revenue, profit, and ROI goals for the Walmart account. Owns the customer relationship and guides Hain partnership with Walmart. The KAM represents specific brands under the Hain portfolio and works collaboratively with the cross functional team to drive efficient trade spend and profitable sales growth.
The KAM, implements and executes sales/profit objectives utilizing various marketing and distribution programs targeted for assigned retailers. &nbsp;The incumbent strives to drive product dominance through assigned customers and meet and/or exceed volume, share growth, and trade spend targets while aggressively expanding brand distribution and in store planogram positioning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li> Creates and maintains a high-level partnership with customer leaders.</li>
<li> Develops a deep understanding of customer strategy and proactively communicates to internal stakeholders to maximize Hain offerings.</li>

<li>Prepares presentations and attends all account calls to present compelling fact-based strategic selling story by utilizing syndicated data, general market trends, account databases, and local market knowledge in conjunction with corporate developed templates.</li>
<li>Activates strategies and tactics using an understanding of the customer's pricing and value strategies, promotional strategies, and the competitive environment to drive trial and loyalty to Hain products.</li>
<li>Takes personal accountability and ownership for results.</li>
<li>Coordinate with team analyst in managing trade investment system, forecasts and budgets to maximize execution and results.</li>
<li>Responsible for understanding and communicating the customer level budget and spending.</li>
<li>Assist in managing deductions and/or invoices received from customers for accounting purposes.</li>
<li>Maintain and present weekly business recap for team meetings</li>
<li>Responsible for program recap and post event analysis, ultimately sharing with cross functional partners for future strategic planning</li>

Requirements:

<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. </li>

<li>Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a direct sales capacity within the CPG industry or related capacity.</li>

It will include coordinating with faculty and teaching staff to obtain materials necessary to prepare for captioning/transcribing&nbsp; content.Basic Qualifications<ul><li>Proficient in use of a stenographic machine, laptop and captioning software to provide realtime word-for-word transcriptions of spoken English into text, not summarized, in academic settings. As a box office and events coordinator, you will ensure customers receive exceptional service at every level. Daily, you will answer phone calls and emails, process transactions, and sell tickets via Tessitura, the ticketing system. In preparation for events, you will enter event details into the website and ticketing system for ticket sales, maintaining sales and holds in Tessitura. You will support the upkeep of audience-facing web pages to include venue and parking information, maps, and general content for the theater. You will manage performance will call lists and ticket distribution, collaborate with the house manager to manage timing holds for seating and the show's start, and be the primary contact at events for patrons. You will also assist with ticketing kiosks, resolving issues, and enforcing theater policies.During events, you will support SCADshow staff in a front-of-house (FOH) capacity, lead internal teams during and after the show, and maintain effective communication with the theater operations manager.
