Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the digital media coordinator is the primary contact for the college's public website. They are responsible for all aspects of the website including enhancements, maintenance, information architecture, user experience design, web accessibility and technology requirements. They oversee the website's design and aesthetics, implement visual elements that users see and interact with within a web application, structure and design web pages, and optimize the web design for smartphones and accessibility. 
Job Duties
Webpage Development
· Assist in developing campus website policy and procedures and ensure that all information posted on the websites follows the institution’s policy and procedures.
· Build reusable code for future use. Assist the Backend Web Developer with coding and troubleshooting.
· Enhance the user’s experience by designing and building mobile responsive websites, pages, and application and creating information architecture and navigation suitable for any device
· Manage webpage development for new projects and ongoing initiatives using the most relevant frontend stack.

Minimum Qualifications

Job Duties:

Minimum Qualifications:
Certified or certification eligible in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS)/Medical Technologist (MT). Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution in medical technology or in one of the biological, chemical or physical sciences. Three years full time clinical lab work experience. Licensed or eligible for licensure in Tennessee as a medical technologist. Adequate knowledge and proficiency in content areas taught.

The Senior Coordinator, Business Operations is responsible for executing the day-to-day tasks for the successful operation of the NASCAR Productions business. &nbsp;This includes daily management and support for assigned projects/tasks, including, but not limited to, oversight of the internal resources software systems (i.e. payroll management system, resource management system), billing and contract tracking, financial reporting and presentation development. The Senior Coordinator works with internal and external stakeholders to understand project benchmarks and tracks, monitors, and measures progress and outcomes.Duties include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of the resource management system(s), includes working with stakeholders, setting timelines; assigning responsibilities; driving and monitoring progress; evaluating capabilities within the system and making recommendations as appropriate.</li><li>Develop, prepare, and maintain system handbooks and training materials; ensure team members (new and ongoing) are trained on system; communicate updates and changes to processes as necessary.</li><li>Serve as the liaison between Operations and Finance; ensure processes operate as intended and that all parties have relevant data.</li><li>Review, interpret and prepare financial reports, gleaning relevant information for delivery to stakeholders as appropriate and ensuring budgetary requirements are met.</li><li>Prepare presentations by compiling data, developing presentation formats, and creating other materials.</li><li>Initiate billing functions for the department including initiating invoice requests, tracking project costs, and reviewing budgets for projects.</li><li>Works with Legal team to prepare, issue and track contracts for projects.</li><li>Manage and facilitates communications with stakeholders at every level of the organization.</li><li>Travel: &lt;5% including weekends</li></ul>Required skills / experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university and three (3) years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Proficient on company-provided hardware and software.
