POSITION SUMMARY Administration of the Dual Enrollment/Middle College Grant programs and the Federal Work-Study (FWS) Program.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of the state guidelines applicable to the Dual Enrollment and Middle College grant processes. Responsible for administering and reconciling the Dual Enrollment and Middle College grant programs. Job Summary
Reporting to the Radiologic Technology Program Director, the Radiologic Technology Clinical Coordinator/Instructor is responsible for the organization, administration, continuous review, planning, development, and overall effectiveness of clinical experiences for students in the Radiologic Technology program. Job Summary
The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Murfreesboro is accepting applications for Emergency Medical Technology program adjunct faculty.&nbsp; EMT adjunct faculty, under the direction of the Director of Allied Health, shall provide instruction in the EMT program.&nbsp; EMT adjunct faculty should be knowledgeable in all aspects of pre-hospital care, and should be capable of applying techniques and modalities of adult education.&nbsp; The work schedule is comprised of evening hours, and the schedule will vary according to program needs.&nbsp; The course is scheduled to run 4:30-9:30 p.m. three nights per week.
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Provide high-quality, effective instruction in accordance within program guidelines through lectures, demonstrations, and/or audio-visual aids.</li>
<li>Facilitate student learning and perform evaluations of student learning for the program, including test administration to evaluate student progress.</li>
<li>Teach safety procedures and the proper use of tools and equipment in the lab areas.</li>

Minimum Qualifications
• Associate Degree from a regionally-accredited institution. • Currently licensed as a Tennessee EMT-Paramedic without history of revocation, denial, or suspension of license. • Licensed emergency care experience must include a minimum of two (2) years practice, preferably within the last five (5) years. • Administrative experience must include a minimum of two (2) years in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) educational administration or greater than three hundred (300) hours of EMS instruction. • Current TEMSESA I/C (instructor/coordinator) course (renewed within within last two years). • Current endorsement in a Board approved trauma, cardiac, and pediatric course at the provider level.
Preferred Qualifications
• Classroom experience and administrative experience in delivery of workforce education and competency-based training.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of pre-hospital care. • Expertise in the clinical skills required of an EMT. • Understanding of the principles and methods of good teaching and supervision. • Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other appropriate office software and applications. • Working knowledge of network systems; knowledge of student information management systems. • Ability to deal tactfully with the public and with co‐workers. • Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions. • Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely, and convincingly, and to plan and direct the work of others. • Demonstrated commitment to student success. • Evidence of strong work ethic as it relates to timeliness of reporting, oversight of multiple ongoing projects, and the ability to work with industry/employers. • Evidence of good character, mature attitude, and stable personality. • Must be willing to remain current in the industry.

Title: Computer Technician Coordinator (Internal Candidates Only)
POSITION SUMMARY Supports the Technology Services Department by supervising a team of computer technicians and performing and coordinating complex computer maintenance through effective troubleshooting and repair of computers, peripherals, data communications or computer network systems in classrooms and instructional spaces for the College’s six extended campuses.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Under general direction, independently assign and review work of computer technicians who perform complex troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, installation and testing activities, such as designing and fabricating specialized interfaces and communication links. In consultation with department leaders, plan and oversee complex installation projects. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs. Research and advise department leaders on the acquisition of new computing equipment.
Serve as a back-up computer technician as needed. Assist the department’s service desk with troubleshooting issues in the field. Supervises computer technicians on the College’s extended campuses, including providing training and guidance and setting appropriate goals and expectations for optimal job performance. Ensure all projects are properly recorded and documented in the service desk system. Maintain an inventory of critical parts and supplies for computer preventative and remedial maintenance.
Assist with the obtaining quotes for and the ordering of hardware and software products. Conduct and maintain an asset management system of computer equipment, software and associated peripherals for assigned areas. Lead problem-solving efforts with internal offices/colleagues and external vendors regarding equipment, technology and processes as needed. Provide responsive and transparent support to campus partners, ensuring the department delivers excellent customer. Stay current with audio visual equipment and technologies utilized by the campus community.

Assist shipping/receiving and accounts payable staff with unidentifiable shipments or invoices.&nbsp; Research and resolve problems concerning orders or delivery of supplies, services, and equipment.&nbsp;
10% Obtain, document, and process purchasing bids and proposals.&nbsp; Correspond with College staff and external vendors concerning purchase specifications and pricing.&nbsp; Complete bid/proposal packages and submit for award.&nbsp; Maintain bid and proposal files.&nbsp; Coordinate process for annual orders to include processing bids, maintain master control list, and assure all orders are in place at the beginning of each fiscal year.
5% Responsible for the maintenance of college vendor files and W-9 information.&nbsp; Develop and process new vendor requests with the TBR Total Supplier Management system. Review outstanding requests weekly and resolve all issues.
5% Generate and verify purchasing reports in the Banner system for submission to the Tennessee Board of Regents and others as needed.&nbsp;
5% Assign equipment identification numbers and forward to the receiving department.&nbsp; Assist property office with questions concerning property to be inventoried and for surplus.
5% Serve as College representative on the TBR Council of Buyers.&nbsp; Participate in College committee and programs, and in related professional groups and organizations.
