The Vice President of Strategic Enrollment Management (VPSEM) is a full-time fiscal position reporting directly to the President of Southwest Tennessee Community College. Job Summary
The Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology Jacksboro is accepting applications for the position of PATH Coordinator. This is a full-time grant-funded position.
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Complete all grant related budgeting, purchasing, account reconciliation and reporting.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work with elementary schools in the tri-county region (Campbell, Claiborne and Anderson counties) to establish a Career Awareness/Work Ethics curriculum supporting healthcare fields in demand locally.</li>
<li>Develop a Career Awareness/Work Ethics curriculum with emphasis on health careers for implementation in grades K-6.</li>
<li>Develop curriculum and activities for middle school camps for 7th and 8th graders in schools.</li>
<li>Develop in-service presentation for secondary education partners yearly.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and serve as liaison to all collaborative partners and THEC for the life of the grant.</li>
<li>Conduct initial individual meetings with all collaborative partners.</li>
<li>Conduct Quarterly Steering Committee Meetings with all grant partners.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Work Based Learning Counselor position.</li>
<li>Work with higher education partners to develop articulation agreements and career pathways.</li>
<li>Perform all other duties assigned by the President and/or Vice President of the College related to grant activities.</li>

Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree • Knowledge of budgeting and finance with at least three (3) years of experience. • Must possess strong organizational and communication skills. • Strong computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office applications, email, etc.) are required. 
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree is preferred • Teaching experience in K-12 is considered a plus. 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with students, staff, and industry personnel is essential to the position. • Must be willing to travel. • Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.

Salary: Commensurate with education and experience and according to salary guidelines established by the Tennessee Board of Regents. Salary grade 104 has a midpoint annual salary of $54,251.
