<h2>Overview/Purpose: </h2>
The Utility Operator assists with transporting full skids of finished product to the skid wrapper for final wrapping.
Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, food safety and quality, cost and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment.&nbsp; 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Ensures correct number of cartons is placed on skid in the correct configuration.</li>
<li>Provides packaging line with needed quantities of secondary packaging material to sustain continual operations.</li>
<li>Completes assigned documentation in an accurate and timely manner.</li>
<li>Verifies and validates the accuracy and legibility of all case code dates throughout assigned shift. </li>
<li>Follows HACCP and Food Safety principles and verify compliance to all Critical Control points and Preventative Quality Checkpoints to ensure a safe quality product is produced consistently.</li>

Machine Operator (Day Shift)

Basic Purpose:
To ensure specification product is packaged in a safe, sanitary, and timely manner. To supervise the packers, operate the packing machine, and pack products according to schedule and specifications. &nbsp;

Basic Purpose:
Safely use a powered industrial forklift truck (sit or stand) to load and unload trucks trailers; to move raw materials from and finish inventory to proper locations; and to move waste materials to proper location for disposal. 
Responsibilities:
The material handler /forklift drivers will relocate palletized loads of materials from the warehouse or from storage trailers to the production areas or to replenish inventory stockpiles. They could remove items from key location on the plant floor and place them in assigned locations. In addition to being key team members in maintaining FIFO stock rotation, they are critical to the operations ability to maintain a successful pest control program. The careless operation of powered industrial forklift trucks, hydraulic pallet jacks, and electric assist pallet movers can be devastating to other employees, fixed equipment, walls, doorways, and pest control devices. The forklift driver will maintain those records and documents required to assure the safety requirements of equipment operation as well as documents concerning inventory control, and shipping /receiving records.&nbsp; Must follow all GMP requirements as they pertain to safety, quality, and food safety.
Task description:

Basic Purpose: This position is responsible for training and directing the work activities of new hires for the packing area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead, manage and develop the plant HR team</li>
<li>Work directly with plant leadership/managers/supervisors to assist them with employee issues and provide guidance and education regarding human resources practices and legal compliance.</li>
<li>Oversee the daily administration of other HR services, including but not limited to promotions, transfers, EEO compliance, job classification, performance evaluation, disciplinary action, training, and employee relations.</li>
<li>Develop, prepare, generate, and analyze ongoing and ad-hoc special reports, including staffing levels, turnover, absenteeism, applicant tracking, EEO, compensation, promotions, LOA's, etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain HR Dashboard report for Plant Management and HR.</li>
<li>Administer the compensation program locally, including the annual merit compensation increase process, ongoing pay changes due to promotions, job changes, shift changes etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate the annual Performance Review process, as defined, and developed by Hain Corporate.</li>

<li>Working in collaboration with corporate center of excellence on Talent Acquisition, develop recruitment strategy to include innovative solutions to ensure a steady pipeline of talent for skilled and unskilled positions in a highly competitive market.</li>

<li>Need to be seen as a trusted resource by employees and strategic partner with plant leadership</li>
<li>Conceptualize, develop, and implement strategies intended to build engagement and increase employee retention.</li>
<li>Conduct exit interviews and track and assess both voluntary and involuntary turnover statistics, themes, etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Contribute as a member of the plant leadership team, collaborating with Plant Operations, Safety, QA, and other functional leads to ensure programs, policies, and practices are aligned with and enable site strategy.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee the weekly payroll process.</li>
<li>Respond to employee inquiries and concerns regarding company policies, procedures, and programs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Lead the investigation and resolution of ongoing employee relations issues.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or closely related field and/or 5-7 years of HR related experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively manage a team. Supervisory responsibilities overseeing an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator and Receptionist/HR Assistant. </li>
<li>Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Experienced with ADP (or similar HRIS) system, data analysis and report generation.</li>
<li>Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources administration.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.</li>

Sr. Manager, Human Resources

Basic Purpose
Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains fryer, seasoning, and raw pellet blending equipment, assuring that preset standards for product safety &amp; quality and machine productivity are attained on a continuous basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>The Processing Operator (PO) works under the direction of the production supervisor and consults the production schedule to determine the item scheduled to run.</li>
<li>The PO selects the correct formula of processing parameters’ and sets the machine controls as necessary.</li>
<li>PO will make the necessary installations, and adjustments, and fine-tunes the equipment to comply with the current specifications for pellet quality.</li>
<li>The PO continuously monitors the equipment in the process area and adjusts as necessary and as determined by supervision, quality control, and management.</li>
<li>The PO must be able to make independent judgments relative to machine function, use common tools as needed, and communicate effectively with Quality and maintenance personnel.</li>
<li>Must follow all GMP requirements as they pertain to safety, quality, and food safety</li>
<li>Ensure Assigned documentation is completed accurately and timely</li>
<li>The PMO must understand HACCP and Food Safety principles and verify compliance to all Critical Control points and Preventative Quality Checkpoints to ensure a safe quality product is produced consistently.</li>

Processing Operator (3rd Shift) - Sensible

<h2>Basic Purpose:</h2>
The purpose of the maintenance mechanic is to troubleshoot, repair and perform predictive and preventative maintenance of packaging, milling and blending equipment.&nbsp; Secondary duties include, but are not restricted to, upgrading and installation of new equipment, electrical, welding, machining, mechanical, etc., while maintaining the highest safety, quality, cost and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make repairs in expeditious manner. </li>
<li>Perform weekly preventative maintenance functions. </li>
<li>Perform yearly rebuilds on assigned equipment. </li>
<li>Participate and assist in the installation of new machinery. </li>
<li>Inspect machines for parts wear and recommend/participate in making necessary repairs. </li>
<li>Ensure that all paperwork including daily end of shift reports, inventory, safety sheets (ex: hot work permits, confined space) and supply requisitions are accurate. </li>
<li>Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.</li>
<li>Follow all Food Safety guidelines, but not limited to:

<li>Possess own hand tools outlined by Celestial Seasonings. </li>
