Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors’ Degree earned from a regionally accredited institution and three (3) years’ work experience in Distilled Spirits or Associate’s Degree or above earned from a regionally accredited institution in Distilled Spirits or related field and five (5) years’ work experience in Distilled Spirits.
Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp; 
Master’s Degree in Distilled Spirits or related field earned from a regionally accredited university and five (5) years’ experience in Distilled Spirits.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee and be responsible for the organization, administration, instruction, program evaluation, continuous quality improvement, curriculum planning and development, directing other program faculty/staff, maintaining compliance with applicable Federal and state statutes or rules, accreditation requirements, and general effectiveness of the program.&nbsp; Participate in budget preparation; Build and coordinate laboratory experiences.</li>
<li>Teach courses as assigned in accordance with the catalog description and the approved course syllabus; Travel to multiple campuses as assigned. Maintain student-instructor ratio. Job Summary
The Executive Director of Off Campus Instructional Sites (OCIS) is a full-time, fiscal year position reporting to the Dean of Academic Support and Operations. The Executive Director provides leadership, management, planning, and advocacy for all off-campus instructional sites. This position ensures that the OCIS are in compliance with SACSCOC standards, the college, TBR, and THEC policies. The Executive Director of OCIS will collaborate with other college offices to use institutional data to develop and implement strategies to increase OCIS enrollments and dual enrollment/dual credit offerings, especially in Fayette County, Millington, and Frayser communities. Additionally, the Executive Director will partner with campus offices to foster relationships with municipal partners such as chambers of commerce, k-12 school districts, and other community organizations. These relationships are intended to increase the College’s presence and meet the needs of municipal areas, especially in Fayette County, Millington, and Frayser.
Job Duties

<li>Leads OCIS strategic planning initiatives.</li>
<li>Ensures OCIS programs are consistent with the mission of Southwest and that activation, assessment, and deactivation of OCIS offerings are done in accordance with college policy.</li>
<li>Tracks and analyzes student enrollment, retention, and performance data; uses data to make informed decisions regarding academic programs and resource management.</li>
<li>Ensures adherence to SACSCOC Standard 14.3 (Comprehensive Institutional Reviews) which outlines the expectations for on-campus instruction to apply to programs offered through OCIS.</li>
<li>Ensures selection of programs to be offered at an OCIS is the purview of the appropriate academic division which is expected to provide necessary and sufficient oversight of the program to ensure the currency of the program, its courses, and resources.</li>
<li>Ensures each OCIS program results in learning outcomes appropriate to the rigor and breadth of the credential awarded. Each program offered through OCIS has procedures in place to collect and review identified student learning outcomes and to identify program improvements based on the data collected.</li>
<li>Commits to supporting implemented programs for a period sufficient to enable admitted students to complete the program (as long as financially feasible).</li>

The Sports Information Director (SID) plays a critical role in promoting and managing the athletic department's communication and public relations efforts. The SID is responsible for coordinating all aspects of sports media relations. This position is responsible for managing the college's athletics website and social media platforms and serving as the primary contact for media inquiries. The SID oversees the collection and analysis of sports statistics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to governing bodies and the public. Additionally, the SID is tasked with producing content such as videos, game programs, still photography, feature stories, and promotional materials, while also organizing and facilitating media coverage for athletic events. The SID works closely with coaches, athletes, and administrative staff to enhance the visibility and reputation of the college's athletic programs. The Sports Information Director will report to the director of athletics but will also provide support to the college’s marketing and communications office as needed. The marketing and communications director may assign work for this position and is responsible for the oversight of brand management and all communications extending to Athletics. A passion for sports is essential for this position. There is no off-season, and every day will be different. The person in this role will be working frequently with college administration, student-athletes, coaches, faculty, staff, and the public; the ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences across various platforms is critical. A detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of urgency who is comfortable managing multiple projects at a time will be necessary.

The Director TSBDC at JSCC will oversee the operations, budget, and strategy for the TSBDC in compliance with the TSBDC-JSCC Annual Contract and the TSBDC Strategic Plan. The incumbent is responsible for the delivery of TSBDC programs to individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout the TSBDC at JSCC’s territory. To effectively deliver services to a territory of this size, the director will oversee the offices and staff at the primary office in Jackson, Madison County. Overseeing the public outreach arm of JSCC, the Director supports the host institution through direct and indirect involvement in JSCC programs. The Director is required to travel throughout the service area and is responsible for establishing relationships with stakeholders in the new territory, maintaining existing partnerships in our traditional territory, ensure a positive and impactful presence from the TSBDC and JSCC in business communities throughout the territory and perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.
Job Duties

<li>35% - Develop and deliver business-oriented training programs (seminars/workshops) to future and current business owners. Approximately 40 per year ranging from 3 hours to 6.5 hours. Includes identification of relevant business topics, drafting curricula, development of training materials and presentations, delivering training, and following up with additional information, as needed, to attendees. Provide technical assistance that includes one to one consulting and the associated research to future and current business owners on business-related topics.
