This inventory is leveraged by various enterprise programs, including the 2LOD Risk &amp; Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework. This role is instrumental in fulfilling regulatory commitments and promoting a risk-aware culture across the organization.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities Include:<ul><li>Own and maintain the enterprise's product inventory across all lines of business and geographies, including respective reporting.</li><li>Own governance (e.g. procedures, guidance, training) over enterprise product inventory</li><li>Facilitate adherence to 2LOD framework requirements and enterprise program needs via maintenance of the inventory.</li><li>Integrate regulatory requirements and expectations to enterprise product inventory governance and process.&nbsp;</li><li>Share insights and best practices by acting as a key leader in disseminating insights, best practices, and lessons learned across the enterprise to improve operational risk management practices.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>6+ Years experience in operational risk management (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit function); understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities.</li><li>Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact and obtain buy-in from senior BU/tech counterparts.</li><li>Expertise in process governance, with a track record of establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Extensive experience in developing and implementing product inventory.&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of RCSA and has implemented or supported implementation in a GSIB or top 10 Category I/II bank. </li><li>Significant experience in a risk/control role within a GSIB or top 10 Category I/II bank.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communicator and collaborator across a matrixed organization, including various client-facing businesses, commercial and consumer financial product managers, Global Risk &amp; Compliance, Technology, Legal (GCO), Finance, Global Services Group, and Internal Audit.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability to quickly identify mission-critical areas in an internal controls framework and prioritize work accordingly.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated track record in driving transformation and change across a global organization.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated history and ability to manage large teams, spread over geographies and with varying backgrounds.</li><li>Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and critical thinking skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong consultation, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; ability to understand complex challenges and linkages and articulate them into actionable plans to drive results.</li><li>Experience in at least one of the following:<ul><li>Providing identification of operational risks throughout business processes and systems.</li><li>Facilitating risk assessment performance in addition to further assessments and testing programs to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met.</li><li>Enhancing risk assessments and associated methodologies.</li><li>Leading independent control monitoring, including identification of control improvements.</li><li>Identifying areas of risk for intervention, including conducting independent quality assurance and process testing.</li><li>Compiling thematic risk reporting to provide actionable insights on risk levels, emerging trends and root causes.</li></ul></li></ul>ORMCMSalary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
