Under the direction of the Plant Controller, this position is responsible for performing financial analysis and reporting for the Aerospace and Wheels businesses as it relates to fixed assets and purchasing at Cleveland Operations. This position does not directly supervise other personnel. The incumbent communicates continually with all levels of personnel across all departments at Cleveland Operations. Maintains all health department budgets, as well as over 75 District Program budgets. Recommends and implements accounting policies and procedures. Directs the District Accounting and Payroll staff. Directs the Facilities/Fleet maintenance.All District 4 Public Health, County BOH employees are deemed essential employees in the event of an emergency. As such, you may be called on to participate in an event not limited to but including, staffing a shelter, a Specimen Point of Collection Site (SPOC) and/or Point of Distribution site (POD).
