Meets with key payor provider relations personnel and establishes a working relationship with those entities. </li><li> Develop new recruitment opportunities with USRC partners, working with internal stakeholders as necessary.</li></ul><ul><li>Drive referral process for practices to develop opportunities in line with market demands and increase market share. Monitor and report on trends and the impact of various marketing and outreach initiatives. This role will engage closely and frequently with senior business partners in the Corporate Affairs organization to understand strategic business objectives, develop a fit-for-purpose category strategy and drive business outcomes. Areas of focus include but are not limited to: Brand Communications, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, ESG and Patient Engagement.This role is expected to have proven experience in Procurement Category Strategic Development, while expertise, knowledge, or background in working with agencies and Communications partners is preferred. This role is also seen as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and as a main point of contact for Corporate &amp; Public Affairs-related procurement needs.
